First, we meet for a coffee and a chat. This way we can see if we are a good fit. As we talk and discuss your unique situation, we can
also talk about whether you think you could benefit from my help as your lifestyle and fitness coach. No obligation, no pressure, just an informal meet-up and chat about your life and how we might be able to work together.
One Month Plan
(3 sessions per week)
All plans include the following
- Personal 30-minute health assessment session
- Personal 1-hour lifestyle coaching session
- Personal 1-hour nutritional information session
- 3 hours per week customised resistance and cardiovascular training
- Kinesthetic stretching to prevent injury at every session
- Full access to fitness tips and exclusive weekly blogs
- Full access to exclusive WhatsApp client chats and discussions
Overcome challenges
(3 sessions per week + meditation)
All plans include the following
- Personal 30-minute health assessment session
- Personal 1-hour lifestyle coaching session
- Personal 1-hour nutritional information session
- 3 hours per week customised resistance and cardiovascular training
- Kinesthetic stretching to prevent injury at every session
- Once a week 30-minute meditation/relaxation session after training session (fixed day of your choice – same day for partner)
