Control portion sizes; eat the
smallest portion that can satisfy
hunger and then stop eating. Have
a small snack in between meals. You
can eat yoghurt, nuts or a piece

PRONE TO BREAKING BONES!

Our bones are in a constant state of renewal. Osteoporosis is a condition where our bones become weak
and brittle because the process of replacing bone slows down and we are unable to produce new bone at
the same speed as it is broken down. This usually starts to happen around the age of 30 resulting in
Osteoporosis or lesser bone density, which makes us prone to breaks and fractures in the event of a fall.
